Creating an ultra-shallow speaker with Hi-Fi quality sound required radical thinking. By placing the voice-coil and magnet system inside the cone instead of underneath and attaching the spider to the membrane instead of the voice-coil-former, the K-60 LP's ultra-flat aluminium cone bass driver unites long-throw excursion with an ultra-shallow profile for unrivalled bass response.

The directional nature of high frequencies can impact the listening experience at extreme off-axis angles.
